  • 摘要: 非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是全球最普遍的慢性肝病之一,影响全球约1/4的人口,预计到2030年将成为肝移植的主要适应证。NAFLD可导致包括支链氨基酸在内的多种氨基酸水平显著异常,进而促进NAFLD的发生发展。提示除葡萄糖代谢和脂质代谢外,氨基酸代谢也在NAFLD疾病进展中发挥了重要作用。为系统了解氨基酸代谢在NAFLD中的作用及其机制,本文针对氨基酸代谢在NAFLD中的研究进展进行了综述。拟探讨氨基酸代谢在NAFLD疾病进展中发挥的作用及其相关机制,为临床防治提供思路和理论依据。
