Feasibility and safety of laparoscopic radical surgery for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma

摘要: 腔镜技术已广泛应用于各种肿瘤外科的根治性切除手术中，但对于腹腔镜在肝内胆管癌根治术中的应用尚存在较多争议。近年来，各医学中心对此问题均进行了诸多探索。本文就近年来腹腔镜在肝内胆管癌根治术中的可行性及安全性进行综述，以期为临床实践提供参考。Abstract: Endoscopic techniques has been widely used in radical surgical resection of various tumors， but there are still controversies over the application of laparoscopy in radical treatment of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. In recent years， major medical centers have made many attempts to solve this problem. This article reviews the feasibility and safety of laparoscopy in the radical treatment of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in recent years， in order to provide a reference for clinical practice.
