摘要:
晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)是一类与炎症、氧化应激密切相关的氧化修饰蛋白。围绕AOPP在肝脏疾病中的研究进展情况进行综述,讨论了AOPP的来源及生化特征、生物学作用、与肝脏疾病的相关性研究,旨在为肝脏疾病的发病机制、治疗及预测不良预后寻求新的突破。
Abstract:Advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP) are a class of oxidatively modified proteins closely associated with inflammation and oxidative stress. The progress in research on AOPP in liver diseases and discusses the source, biochemical characteristics, and biological effects of AOPP and its association with liver diseases were reviewed, in order to make a breakthrough in the pathogenesis study, treatment, and poor outcome prediction of liver diseases.
