Progress in technology and clinical application of non- bioartificial liver support system

摘要: 重型肝炎及肝衰竭是威胁广大患者生命的严重疾病,非生物型人工肝在国内外被广泛应用于该病的治疗,然而疗效评价不一。本综述将重点介绍临床应用较多的6种非生物型人工肝的较高等级疗效评价研究的设计方案和研究结果,并结合肝衰竭的病理生理学特点和人工肝原理对其有效性进行分析和横向比较,分析现有人工肝技术的优缺点和适应证。此外,还总结了非生物型人工肝临床应用的安全性及对策,并归纳了未来该领域在技术和临床研究方面的需求和发展趋势。Abstract: Several types of non- bioartificial liver support systems are now widely used in the treatment of severe hepatitis and liver failure, which are life- threatening diseases, but no consensus has been reached regarding its efficacy. The designs and results of high- level studies for evaluating the therapeutic effects of 6 common types of non- bioartificial liver are reviewed; considering the pathophysiological characteristics of liver failure and the mechanism of artificial liver, analysis and horizontal comparison are performed on the effectiveness of non- bioartificial liver, and the advantages and disadvantages of artificial liver and its indications are pointed out. In addition, the safety and strategy of clinical application of non- bioartificial liver, as well as the future demand and development in technical and clinical research in this field, are summarized.
