Targeted therapy of liver fibrosis on the horizon

  • 摘要: 近年肝纤维化靶向治疗研究进展迅速,但如何将药物特异地投送至靶细胞并发挥理想效应仍然有诸多挑战。就肝纤维化靶向治疗研究中所涉及的靶细胞和靶分子及其选择原则、载体选择和修饰的一般原则及其方法、疗效和毒副作用检测等问题进行了阐述,并指出肝纤维化乃多细胞参与、多因子释放、多种信号通路激活的复杂病理过程,所以选择合适的靶点是靶向治疗的关键,而正确构建靶向投递系统是治疗成功的保证。
