Research advances in quantitative evaluation of liver fat in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

  • 摘要: 磁共振成像(MRI)对于非酒精性脂肪肝病的肝脏脂肪定量测量一直是近年来的研究热点。近10年来,研究者们运用磁共振(MR)开发了各种用于非酒精性脂肪肝病患者肝脏脂肪定量的方法。从磁共振波谱以及磁共振显像两个不同的方面,归纳了各种脂肪定量方法的优势与不足。其中,IDEAL-IQ以及MR评估的质子密度脂肪分数两种方法,能精确的对肝脏脂肪含量进行定量评估,为今后进一步对非酒精性脂肪肝病患者脂肪定量的相关究提供依据和参考。
