Research advances in relationship between interleukins and hepatitis B virus infection

  • 摘要:

    HBV进入宿主体内后,多种免疫细胞及其分泌的细胞因子参与了机体的免疫应答。白细胞介素是一类对免疫应答各个环节都有重要调节作用的细胞因子,介绍了几种在乙型肝炎发生、发展及转归中作用较大的白细胞介素及其与HBV感染的相关性,分析表明对白细胞介素免疫调节机制的深入研究可为各种类型乙型肝炎的诊断和治疗提供新的依据和方法。
