A review of relationship between gut microecology and liver diseases

摘要: 近年来,肠道微生态由于与各种肝病及其并发症的发生、发展存在着密切的联系,因而受到了广泛关注。肝功能受损时,肠道微生态被破坏;肠道稳态的失衡,反过来又使肝病重症化。阐述了肠道微生态与多种肝病的关系及调整肠道微生态对肝病治疗的作用,目的在于通过肠道微生态的调节为肝病防治提供一种新思路。Abstract: In recent years,gut microecology has attracted increasing attention because of its close relationship with the development and progression of various liver diseases and associated complications. The impairment of liver function can disturb gut microecology,whereas the imbalance in gut microecology in turn promotes the aggravation of liver diseases. This paper reviews the relationship between gut microecology and various liver diseases,and discusses the role of modulating gut microecology in the treatment of liver diseases. A new idea is provided for the prevention and treatment of liver diseases based on the modulation of gut microecology.
