摘要: <正>阿德福韦酯(ADV)是一种口服单磷酸腺苷核苷酸类药物[1],2002年9月在美国被批准用于治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB),2005年4月在中国上市。既往认为小剂量ADV无明显肾毒性[2];近年来,有关长期低剂量使用ADV(10 mg/d)导致肾损伤的报道不断增加。本院收治因服用ADV(10 mg/d)80个月,导致范可尼综合征合并低磷性骨软化症患者1例,现
