Diagnostic value of H19 gene in hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要: 近年研究表明某些长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在肝细胞癌(HCC)组织中表达异常,其中位于lncRNA上的H19基因在HCC组织中的表达明显高于正常组织,敲除H19后HCC的增殖和侵袭能力明显减弱。简要介绍lncRNA和H19基因,以及lncRNA的检测方法和H19在HCC中的诊断价值,认为H19可以作为诊断HCC的方法之一,进一步研究其在HCC中的表达规律以及快速、简便、经济的检测H19等lncRNA对HCC的诊断尤为重要。Abstract: Recent studies have shown that some long non- coding RNAs( lncRNAs) are expressed abnormally in hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC) tissue,and the expression of H19 gene in lncRNAs in HCC tissue is significantly higher than that in normal tissue. After the knockout of H19 gene,the proliferative and invasive abilities of HCC are significantly reduced. This article briefly introduces lncRNAs and H19 gene,the detection method for lncRNAs,and the value of H19 in the diagnosis of HCC and points out that H19 may be used in a method for the diagnosis of HCC. Further studies on the expression of H19 in HCC and rapid,simple,and economic detection of lncRNAs including H19 play important roles in the diagnosis of HCC.
