A case of hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma with portal vein thrombosis

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,30岁,主因"反复中上腹胀痛伴乏力、纳差2年加重15 d"于2012年4月入住成都军区总医院消化内科。现病史:患者于入院前2年无明显诱因出现中上腹胀痛伴有乏力、纳差,腹痛呈持续性胀痛,以肝区为主,不向周围放射,皮肤巩膜未见明显黄染,无恶心、呕吐、反酸、嗳气、咳嗽、咳痰、心悸、气短等不适,就诊于当地医院,具体诊疗经过不详,症状无
