摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,45岁,因"间断乏力、腹胀4年,双侧乳房进行性增大2年"入院。患者4年前无明显诱因出现乏力、腹胀,就诊于本院,入院后明确诊断为酒精性肝硬化失代偿期,给予常规抗纤维化、保肝、对症支持治疗后好转出院,4年来多次因腹胀、乏力入院治疗,近2年无明显诱因出现双侧乳房无痛性、进行性增大,伴有体质量明显增加约20 kg。既往史:否认病毒
