Liver metastasis of small intestinal stromal tumor misdiagnosed as liver cancer: a case report

<正>1病例资料患者女性,50岁,因"上腹部不适,全身乏力1周"入本院。既往丙型肝炎病原学阳性10年,25年前因阑尾炎行阑尾切除术,11年前因小肠间质瘤行手术。查体:右上腹深压痛,无反跳痛,无肌紧张,未触及包块。腹部B超:肝右叶可见一个实质性低回声光团,范围83 mm×79 mm,内部回声不均,边界清晰,形态欠规则,边界邻近肝中静脉;肝胆CT平扫及增强:
