Primary sclerosing cholangitis with dermatomyositis:a case report

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,61岁,因"反复皮肤红斑伴瘙痒,肝功能异常1年余"于2015年10月21日至上海中医药大学附属曙光医院住院治疗。2014年8月患者无明显诱因出现全身皮肤瘙痒、发红,斑丘疹,自颜面开始,渐至背部及双侧上肢,额部满布皮屑(图1),遂就诊于他院皮肤科,行皮肤活组织检查示:(背部)真皮内胶原增殖,上中部细血管周围小片状淋巴结细胞浸润。结合患者异色病样斑疹、丘疹等临床表现,诊断
