A case of primary single splenic hydatid cyst

摘要: <正>脾包虫囊肿是临床上少见的包虫病,约占腹部包虫病的0.5%~4%。结合达州市中心医院最近收治的1例原发性单纯脾包虫囊肿,通过复习相关文献,简述了该病的流行病学特点、发病机制,总结了该病的诊断要点、手术方式及相应的适应证,为临床治疗提供建议,现报道如下。1病例资料患者女性,44岁,因"左上腹胀痛10 d,体检发现脾脏囊性占位6 d"入本院。既往有8年西藏居住史;查体:心肺未见异常,腹部左右两侧不对称,左侧腹部膨
