Accurate clinical examination guarantees the whole management process of hepatitis C patients in the era of direct-acting antiviral agents

  • 摘要: HCV感染是全球重要的公共卫生问题。直接抗病毒药物(DAA)已成为减少HCV感染的重要手段。此类药物能提高抗病毒治疗的疗效、缩短疗程、减少并发症出现,并且适用范围更广,具有以往治疗方法不可比拟的优势。在DAA治疗的背景下,精准临床诊断的作用及意义变得尤为重要,为慢性丙型肝炎患者在疾病诊断、治疗方案的确定、疗效评价以及停药后长期预后监测等方面提供了全程保障。
