Challenges in precise treatment for primary liver cancer based on gene mutation

摘要: 基因突变是原发性肝癌发病的分子基础,基于突变基因的精准治疗是未来治疗肝癌最重要的方向。从肝癌基因突变的复杂性、突变基因检测水平以及临床试验局限性等方面介绍了当前肝癌精准治疗的现状、开展肝癌精准治疗的复杂性以及未来的发展前景与方向。指出尽管基于基因突变的肝癌精准治疗当前面临众多的挑战,但精准治疗未来仍是值得期待的。Abstract: Gene mutation is the molecular basis of the pathogenesis of primary liver cancer, and precise treatment based on gene mutation is an important direction for the treatment of liver cancer in future.This article introduces the current status, complexity, and prospects and future directions of precise treatment for liver cancer from the aspects of complex gene mutations in liver cancer, level of mutation detection, and limitations of clinical trials.It is pointed out that there are many challenges in precise treatment for liver cancer, but precise treatment still has a promising future.
