摘要

摘要: <正>布加综合征可以分为下腔静脉阻塞型、肝静脉阻塞型及混合型,其中肝静脉阻塞型布加综合征为肝静脉1支或多支开口狭窄及闭塞而表现出肝脾肿大、腹水等症状。1资料与方法1.1研究对象收集2010年2月-2016年10月在本院住院的患者8例,病程1个月至12年,其中男2例,女6例,平均（39.57±10.26）岁。既往无病毒性肝炎,急、慢性肝病史,无酗酒、服药及家族遗传病史。
