Role of cell apoptosis regulated by P53 in treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要: 在大部分肝细胞癌患者中,P53都存在异常或突变,这就使恢复P53功能成为肝癌治疗中一项引人注目的研究。对P53与Bcl-2蛋白家族、microRNA、TGFβ、HBV、HCV、蛋白激酶B各因子之间的关系和P53在化疗药物中调控细胞凋亡作用的研究进展进行综述,为改进肝癌治疗效果提供有益线索。Abstract: P53 abnormality or mutation is commonly seen in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) , and therefore, restoration of P53 function has become a research hotspot in the treatment of HCC.This article reviews the association of P53 with Bcl-2 protein family, microRNA, TGFβ, HBV, HCV, and AKT and the role of P53 in regulating cell apoptosis, in order to provide clues for improving the therapeutic outcome of HCC.
