摘要: <正>慢性胰腺炎是由不同因素造成的胰腺组织和功能的持续性和进行性损害,主要表现为上腹部疼痛和胰腺内外分泌功能不全,可伴有胰腺实质钙化、胰管结石和假性囊肿形成,是临床常见疾病。随着超声内镜技术的发展,其在慢性胰腺炎的诊治中发挥了巨大作用。现将本院完成的1例超声内镜引导下胰
