Coping with shortage of plasma-The new therapeutic pattern of non-bioartificial liver

摘要: 随着肝衰竭患者的不断增加,人工肝技术的应用迎来巨大的机遇和挑战。尽管人工肝在肝衰竭患者的治疗中取得了显著成绩,但以血浆置换为代表的国内常用的非生物型人工肝技术面临着严峻的血浆来源受限问题。以血浆置换为中心,从多个角度对非生物型人工肝在治疗中如何应对血浆紧缺情况进行重点探讨,以期为临床医生提供参考。Abstract: With the increase in patients with liver failure, the artificial liver support system is facing great opportunities and challenges. Although artificial liver has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of patients with liver failure, non-bioartificial liver techniques commonly used in China, mainly plasma exchange, are facing the issue of limited plasma supply. This article focuses on plasma exchange and discusses how to deal with the shortage of plasma in non-bioartificial liver treatment from various aspects, in order to provide a reference for clinical physicians.
