摘要: <正>肝性脊髓病（hepatic myelopathy,HM）为肝硬化晚期一种罕见的神经系统并发症,临床上主要以缓慢进行性痉挛性截瘫为特征性表现,一般仅累及双下肢,上肢通常免疫或最低限度受影响。其组织病理学改变为皮质脊髓侧索对称性脱髓鞘,全脊髓均可见,以胸、腰段最为明显[1]。有少量的HM主要通过影响颈髓,从而引起四肢麻痹[2]。由于该病发病率低,预后差,且临床工作者对该病的发病机制、诊断及治疗仍不十分清
