Research advances in the association between exosomes and liver diseases

  • 摘要: 外泌体是细胞经过"內吞-融合-外排"等过程形成的直径在30100 nm的胞外囊泡。多种细胞均可以释放外泌体,这些外泌体可携带脂质、蛋白质和核酸等重要的生物分子,参与细胞间的信号转导及物质交换,调节体内多个系统的生理病理过程,其在多种肝脏疾病中发挥至关重要的作用,如肝癌、病毒性肝炎、肝纤维化、酒精性及非酒精性脂肪肝等。对外泌体在肝脏疾病中的研究进展作一综述。
