<正>1病例资料患者女性,34岁,因"间断恶心、呕吐1个月余,腹胀10余天"于2016年4月24日入本院。既往体健,否认肝炎病史及家族史,否认肝损伤药物服用史,否认饮酒史。入院查体:体温36.5℃,血压128/88 mm Hg,呼吸18次/min,脉搏100次/min。皮肤巩膜轻度黄染,腹部平坦,剑突下、右上腹部压痛,剑突下可触及肝脏9 cm,肋下可触及肝脏5 cm,有触痛,脾肋下
