A case of sarcomatoid hepatocellular carcinoma with infection mimicking liver abscess

<正>1病例资料患者女性,54岁,因"乏力15 d,发热、寒战1 d"于2017年8月11日由外院转入本院。患者15 d前无明显诱因出现乏力,伴纳差、腹胀、恶心、厌油腻,无腹痛、腹泻、呕吐,无发热、巩膜黄染,在当地医院治疗症状未见明显缓解(具体治疗不详)。入院前1天,出现发热,体温最高达38.5℃,伴寒战、心悸、气短,有头晕、头痛,无明显咳嗽、咳痰。既往史:慢性胆囊炎、胆
