A case of systemic light - chain amyloidosis

<正>1病例资料患者女性,54岁,因"间歇性乏力、口干4个月,加重2个月"入本院。患者缘于4个月前无明显诱因出现间歇性乏力、口干,偶有上腹胀痛,于当地医院行PET-CT检查,提示甲状腺结节,给予优甲乐治疗,乏力、口干症状未见明显缓解。2个月前出现乏力、口干加重,睡眠及饮食差,近4个月体质量减轻10 kg。既往:8年前发现肠息肉,间断行内镜下息肉切除术4次,4年前行开腹肠息肉切除术及胆囊切除术,7个月前行胃息
