摘要

摘要: <正>胺碘酮是Ⅲ类抗心律失常药物,由于其无负性肌力、改善冠状动脉舒张功能的作用,被广泛用于心力衰竭或心肌缺血患者心律失常的治疗。静脉应用胺碘酮的不良反应主要包括:肝损伤、QT间期延长、房室传导阻滞、低血压等。现报道1例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死伴心力衰竭患者静脉应用胺碘酮过程中发生肝损伤,提示临床药师应提升对伴缺血性肝损伤高危因素的心力衰竭患者使用胺碘酮发生肝损伤时药物不良反应的鉴别意识,注意结合患者肝缺血情况和药物特点,充分评估
