Research advances in the role of OX40/OX40L in the immune pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis

摘要:
慢性肝炎的发生发展与人体的免疫功能强弱密切相关,其中T淋巴细胞发挥着重要作用。共刺激分子OX40/OX40L参与T淋巴细胞的活化,综述了OX40/OX40L的分子特性、参与免疫调控的机制以及与慢性肝病的关系。
Abstract:The development and progression of chronic hepatitis are closely associated with the immune function of human body, and T cells play an important role in this process. Costimulatory molecules OX40/OX40 L are involved in the activation of T cells. This article reviews the molecular features of OX40/OX40 L, the mechanism of action of OX40/OX40 L in immune regulation, and the association between OX40/OX40 L and chronic liver diseases.
