Current status of research on liver failure after liver cancer resection

  • 摘要:

    肝衰竭是肝癌切除术后最严重的并发症之一。血流动力学改变、胆盐失衡、免疫系统功能损伤均可引发肝癌切除术后肝衰竭,患者情况、肝脏情况、手术情况亦为相关危险因素。总结了肝癌切除术后肝衰竭的病因和影响因素,指出做好术前预防性工作,扩大术后残余肝体积,调整肝血流动力学失衡,优化围手术期治疗将有助于降低肝癌切除术后肝衰竭的发生率,进一步改善患者的预后,提高长期生存率。
