An asymptomatic case of Caroli disease

摘要

摘要: <正>1临床资料患者男性,45岁,因肝功能异常10 d,于2017年8月4日入本院。入院前10 d体检发现肝功能异常(ALT 87 U/L、AST50 U/L),上腹部B超提示肝囊肿,肝光点粗大、不均。自觉无不适,既往体健,否认长期服用药物及大量饮酒史。入院查体:未见明显异常。初步诊断:(1)肝损伤原因待查;(2)肝囊肿。入院化验及检查:肝功能ALT 59 U/L,余各项指标均在正常范围内;免疫球蛋白,铜蓝蛋白,血清铁,转铁蛋白均未见明显异
