Conservative treatment of cholecystoduodenal fistula complicated by gallstone ileus: A case report

摘要: <正>胆囊十二指肠瘘是指胆囊与十二指肠之间的异常通道,胆囊内结石可通过此通道进入肠腔引起机械性肠梗阻,常见于老年患者。由于本病并发症多,病死率高,确诊后一般需行手术治疗,经保守治疗成功的案例不多。现将本院经保守治疗成功的1例案例报道如下,并探讨该疾病的诊断及治疗方法。1病例资料患者男性,71岁,因"间断性上腹部疼痛1年余,加重11d"于2017年11月12日入本院。病史:患者入院前1年余无明显诱因出现间断性上腹部疼痛,无发热寒战、恶心呕吐、腹泻
