<正>2017年11月至2018年4月期间,美国胃肠病学院（ACG）、中华医学会、欧洲肝病学会（EASL）先后发布了酒精性肝病（ALD）相关指南[1-3]。这些指南分别汇总了对应地区人群的循证医学证据,对ALD的流行病学、诊断及治疗等问题进行了阐述并给出相应的推荐意见。笔者对比分析3个指南的相关内容,旨在明确目前国内外ALD的研究现状,并为国内肝病专业人员提供诊疗参考。1关于ALD的命名最新的EASL指南对ALD命名进行了修订,将ALD命名
