<正>1病例资料患者女性,38岁,自述既往乙型肝炎病史20余年（具体不详）,未进一步诊治,因"异位妊娠"于2013年2月就诊于本院妇产科,检查发现HBs Ag> 250 IU/ml,HBeAg 0. 328 S/CO,抗-HBe 0. 02 S/CO,抗-HBc 11. 2 S/CO,HBV DNA 8. 15×106IU/ml,未进一步诊治。2013年12月因"腹胀、乏力1个月"就诊于本院肝胆胰内科,行相关检查后明确诊断为"代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化,脾功能亢进",于2013年12月29日由病房入选本院临床试验,口服
