Recent advances in digestive endoscopy in the field of pancreaticobiliary diseases

  • 摘要:

    消化内镜技术在胆胰领域的临床应用,深刻地影响着甚至颠覆了很多传统思维,从早期的内镜下十二指肠乳头切开取石术、内镜下胆道内引流术到如今超声内镜(EUS)引导下感染性胰腺坏死引流清创术、胰腺假性囊肿引流术,消化内镜技术在对疾病的诊疗上发生了革命性的变化,尤其是近两三年,其发展速度突飞猛进,为了让临床医生快速了解消化内镜的最新进展、最前沿技术,阐述了ERCP术后胰腺炎的预防、ERCP引导射频消融、EUS引导的胆道引流及双蘑菇头金属支架的引用。
