<正>胰母细胞瘤(pancreatoblastoma,PBL)是最常见的儿童胰腺恶性肿瘤之一,故也称儿童型胰腺癌。最早由Horie等[1]于1977年研究发现,其形态学特征类似于胚胎期胰腺,具有错构母细胞瘤特征,故而命名为"胰母细胞瘤"。目前国内相关文献报道较少,现报道1例PBL,并结合文献对其临床表现、病理特征、鉴别诊断及预后进行归纳总结,以提高对该病的认识及诊
