<正>正常情况下,TBil由来自循环中衰老的红细胞经单核-吞噬细胞系统的破坏、分解后生成。TBil由DBil和IBil组成,前者占80%~85%,后者占15%~20%[1]。当TBil代谢途径出现异常时,可导致TBil水平紊乱,由于某种原因,引起红细胞大量破坏,生成大量的胆红素,超过肝脏的处理和排泄功能;或由于肝细胞广泛受损,致使肝细胞对TBil的摄取、运输、结合、排
