<正>1病例资料患者女性,18岁,因"发热伴咽痛8 d"于2018年10月8日收入本院。患者8 d前无明显诱因出现发热,体温37. 2～38. 5℃,伴咽痛、畏寒、乏力、出汗,无寒战、头痛,无咳嗽、咳痰,无恶心、呕吐、腹痛及腹泻,无尿频、尿急和尿痛,无关节痛、口腔溃疡、光敏及皮疹,自行服用百服宁后体温可降至36℃,但咽痛无明显好转。3 d前患者再次出现发热,体温38. 5℃,到本院
