  • 摘要: 机体免疫与纤维化疾病的发生存在密切联系。其中CD4+T淋巴细胞亚群的辅助性T淋巴细胞(Th) 1/Th2之间的细胞平衡在许多疾病的发生与发展中发挥着重要的调节作用。介绍了Th1/Th2细胞平衡与肝纤维化、肺纤维化及肾纤维化之间的相关性。认为除对Th1/Th2分泌的细胞因子检测外,还应对Th与其他细胞之间的具体关系及机制进行研究。
