Current status of the research and development of new formulations and drugs for cystic echinococcosis

  • 摘要: 囊型包虫病(CE)由细粒棘球蚴感染引起,可累及全身器官。手术是治疗CE的主要方法。随着技术发展、精准手术及无瘤手术标准的引用,CE的手术禁区越来越小,但仍有许多患者因为无法手术而只能选择药物保守治疗。然而,目前治疗CE的药物选择很少,仅有苯并咪唑一类有较确切的疗效。现回顾目前国内外CE的药物治疗研究进展,为药物开发研究及临床药物应用选择提供参考。
