摘要: <正>恩替卡韦(ETV)是慢性乙型肝炎的一线治疗药物,因其可快速抑制HBV DNA复制、快速改善肝功能、高耐药屏障以及副作用小等优点而得到广泛应用,其常见的不良反应主要包括头痛、疲劳、头晕、恶心等,罕见的不良反应主要包括肌病、乳酸酸中毒等。目前,ETV致血小板减少症的报道较少见,现将1例
