摘要: <正>组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎（histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis,HNL）由日本学者Kikuchi和Fujumoto于1972年首次报道,故又名菊池-藤本病（Kikuchi-Fujimoto’s disease,KFD）,也称菊池病（Kikuchi’s disease）,是一种良性、自限性疾病。HNL呈世界性分布,其中以亚洲地区和日本发病率较高。
