Potential value of aquaporin-8 in treatment of liver diseases

Research funding: 

 

  • 摘要: 水通道蛋白参与胆汁代谢、细胞信号转导等过程。简述了水通道蛋白在胆汁淤积性肝病、酒精性肝病、肝性脑病、肝癌中的作用及机制,提出了水通道蛋白激动剂可能是未来肝病治疗的方向,为肝病治疗提供了新思路。
