A case of chronic drug-induced liver injury caused by psoralen decoction

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,43岁,主因"厌油、腹胀10余天,加重伴皮肤双目黄染2 d"于2017年6月10日收住延安大学附属医院。入院前10余天患者因"皮炎"口服10副中药复方汤剂(葛根30 g、乳香9 g、没药9 g、栀子6 g、天花粉30 g、灯心草6 g、薏仁30 g、补骨脂15 g、肉豆蔻15 g、吴茱萸6 g、公英15 g、知母15 g、茯苓30 g、当归15 g、升麻6 g、生地15 g),后出现厌油、腹胀,伴反酸、口苦、恶心,呕吐1次,入院前2 d家人发现其皮肤、双目黄
