摘要

摘要: <正>药物性肝损伤(DILI)又称药物性肝病,是指由药物本身或其代谢产物而引起的肝脏损害。传统中药(Traditional Chinese medicine,TCM)也是造成DILI的重要原因。但也有很多研究证明,传统中医药在改善患者的症状、体征及肝功能、纤维化的逆转等方面具有明显优势。现报道本院运用中药治疗药物性肝硬化1例,并对其病理特点作简要分析。
