  • 摘要: 胆道外科是普通外科的主要分支,在外科学领域中占有极为重要的地位。胆道疾病的病理和临床表现极为复杂,因而胆道外科手术在现今的消化系统外科手术中仍然最具挑战性。当前,随着微创技术和内镜技术的发展,胆道外科正经历着一场深刻的理论与技术革新,这些研究将构成21世纪胆道外科可持续发展的重要基石,应该引起更广泛的重视。
