Advance and controversy of hilar cholangiocarcinoma

  • 摘要: 肝门部胆管癌是胆道系统中最难治疗的恶性肿瘤之一,由于解剖位置特殊,常由于发现较晚而侵犯血管及肝实质,从而丧失最佳的治疗机会。虽然近年来随着诊断以及外科技术不断发展,对于肝门部胆管癌的疗效有所改善,但在肝门部胆管癌的准确定义、术前诊断与评估、手术方式和范围的选择、围手术期管理以及肝移植对肝门部胆管癌的应用等方面还存在许多争议,旨在对肝门部胆管癌诊治的进展与争议方面进行阐述。
