摘要:
急性胰腺炎是消化系统常见的危重疾病,相关指南的更新对临床有重要指导意义。本共识以多学科专家意见为基础,以近5年国内外临床证据为依托,以30条陈述为表述形式,进一步明确了急性胰腺炎的分类、病因和诊治要点,相关陈述对临床指导性更强,有望进一步规范我国急性胰腺炎的临床诊治。
Abstract:Acute pancreatitis is a common critical disease of the digestive system,and the update of relevant guidelines has important guiding significance in clinical practice. Based on the expert opinions in multiple disciplines,as well as clinical evidence at home and abroad in the past 5 years,this consensus,comprised of 30 statements,further specifies the classification,etiology,and diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis,and the relevant statements are more clinically instructive. It is expected to further standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis in China.
