摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,33岁,因"上腹痛15个月,腹围增大2周,黑便3d,呕血1 d"于2016年11月11日入住中南大学湘雅二医院消化内科。患者2015年9月起无明显诱因间断出现上腹隐痛,进食后加重,伴腹胀,每次持续约15 min,可自行缓解,未予处理。2016年10月28日起患者逐渐出现腹围增大,腹痛腹胀加重,
