摘要:
<正>最近,中华医学会感染病学分会发表了《中国乙型肝炎病毒母婴传播防治指南（2019年版）》[1]（以下简称《指南》）,以减少HBV的母婴传播。《指南》发表后,相关杂志刊登了学术讨论文章[2-3],营造了学术争鸣环境,通过讨论,解决问题,提高学术水平。笔者就服用替诺福韦酯（TDF）、替比夫定（Ld T）等抗病毒药物或使用干扰素期间意外妊娠等问题,提出个人的一些观点。1有生育要求的妇女如何合理选择口服抗病毒药物
