Sarcomatoid hepatocellular carcinoma with leukemoid reaction: A case report

<正>1病例资料患者男性,65岁,因"上腹部疼痛3 d"于2017年10月7日入本院。既往史:糖尿病病史5年,口服二甲双胍,控制情况不详。否认肝炎、结核等传染病病史,无吸烟饮酒嗜好,无家族遗传病史。入院查体:腹部平软,上腹部有压痛伴肌卫,无反跳痛,肝脾肋下未及,无移动性浊音,双下肢无浮肿。血常规:白细胞计数28. 3×109/L,中性粒细胞分类91. 2%,中性粒细胞计数25. 81×109/L,血红蛋白93 g/L,血小板计数163. 0×109/L。肝功能检查:AST 205 U/L,ALT 76 U/L,TBil 40. 0μmol/L,DBil29. 1μmol/L,Alb 24. 7 g/L。AFP 3. 59 ng/ml。
